Philippines only ..PLEASE....While waiting for her fiancée vista in 8-12 months we are wanting to talk to some plastic surgeons, she is located in southern leyte but has friends in Manila and Cebu, she wants a nose job and implants can anyone recommend some GREAT surgeons... any breast creams or brava devices before hand? maybe fat transfer after the implants? (we want to keep her parts in working order) The more informed the better ..Thank you Keith/Tanya
