Real useless customer service. I am satisfied with my subscriptions to LadyboyGuide.com which starsThippy. All the vids are in focus and interesting. They are not cookie cutter same format and are good with excellent light and models. LadyboyRAW.com is also good and same as LBG.com. Professional photography with quality video cams and lighting. Good interiors. I recommend both of them. I don't look at the photos. Video is the best way to watch. Skip HLB.com. Waste of time with every vid consistently out of focus.
