Many different things can happen depending on the ladyboy. Probably 50% or more are going to become post op.
Some get boyfriends and move away others go work abroad as they usually become more mobile as they get older.
A number even go back home and live with their family if they they have made a good living.
Even a modest amount of money can go a long way in the Thailand countryside, some even go back to being a man.
