Out of all the thousands of LBs what is the approximate percentage of Pre-op to Post-op? Do the Post-op LBs ever regret their decision? For those of you who have been with a Post-op, is there a quantifiable difference in the way they perform or in their attitude? Do they act more like generic girls than Pre-ops? I imagine there are quite a few Pre-ops who would never even consider becoming a Post-op. What a scary scenario and a life altering decision for many, I'm sure. One thing is definitive. You can't go back.

I would say that about 50% go have SRS surgery in Thailand. In America I would say it is closer to 33%.
Some regret it but many do not, it just depends on the person. To most it is a relief to finally get it done.
In the past they may not have retained much pleasurable feelings after the surgery but today they do a good job of maintaining sensitivity.
Techniques also allow for self lubrication in some cases, but most post ops do not naturally juice up.
Difference I think is if they have the surgery in Thailand they don't always get proper follow up treatment.
They take the hormones to be feminine before the surgery but often quit the hormones after.
Ideally Post Op TS should be taking estrogen and testosterone to replace the loss of hormone producing glands.
Women still need both hormones and testosterone is one of the key ingredients for sexy drive in men and women.
Many post ops don't take anything because their skin stays soft naturally without the testosterone.
However to stay healthy and sexually active they should be taking a balance amount of both hormones.
To me it seems some post ops are much less horny that pre ops but you can say that about women in general.
However many post ops seem to have almost no actual sex drive.

You can't generalize that all postops are horny or have low sex drive. I've met some with high sex drive - 3-4 times in one night and others that once was an effort for them. Crag has described things well.
I will advise though, that you take more time doing foreplay with a postop. While some postops who have good surgical results are sensitive and orgasmic, many others have more difficulty reaching orgasm. If you take your time and ensure she is satisfied, then you will probably have a much better experience with her.
Another thing to note is that if she is p4p - many times they will return to work before the recommended two month recovery period is complete. If she does that, then she will still be sore, sensation will be lacking and she will likely be "tight". It may also take some time for full sensation to be restored - several months - which is probably why a few lb lovers think that postops cannot orgasm.
Another major factor for good results is that postop lbs must dilate to keep their vagina's open and depth adequate. If they do not do this regularly for the first couple of years after their operation, their vaginas can lose depth and narrow - making sex difficult.
Crag is also correct that many lbs do not take hormones after their postop surgery. This is a mistake and sometimes even advised by the surgeon (which shows a lack of knowledge).
After SRS, removal of the testes reduces sex hormone production a great deal - and it must be replaced with estrogen (female hormones) progesterone (another type of female hormone) - but if they use testosterone, it should be at very low amounts, to mimic the levels in a gg.

Testosterone is the main thing causing sex drive in both men and women. Women produce small amounts of testosterone in their ovaries along with other hormones.
Your body will naturally produce extra testosterone to offset estrogen so when pre-op ladyboys are on estrogen they have to watch their body doesn't produce too much testosterone.
This can attribute to a high sex drive in pre-op laydboys but can also go against their goals of being more feminine.
So after the operation you are left with a person that cannot create their own natural hormones of any kind. They have no ovaries and their testicles and prostate are gone.
Ideally they should take a balance mixture of the female and male hormones to be healthy. Not having the proper levels of hormone are also key in having a healthly immune system and recovering from injury. Testosterone is key in repair and healing, people should not be without it.
The difference i see is that in North America TS are generally forced to follow the full treatment, meaning they get full hormone treatment and check ups.
In Thailand there is not a lot of follow up treatment and many ladyboys think it is ok no to take more hormones. However they are risking sickness, injury, sex drive and possibly mental issues.
To some sex drive takes a back seat after then have their surgery because it just doesn't matter that much to them.
They get off every day by being the women they want to be and getting the attention from men they desire.
Sometimes these feelings are all they need to be happy about having the surgery.
Seems odd when the object of the surgery was their sex organs, that sex would actually become less important in a way.
The other thing is that part of your sex drive is in your brain. So if they were generally a horny person before they probably will continue to be.
Some LBs undergo a complete change but most are much the same person they were before.

I think one perception may be incorrect.
From Wilkipedia: the testes are removed. A shorter urethra is cut. The penis is removed, and the excess skin is used to create the labia and vagina. People who have male-to-female gender-reassignment surgery retain a prostate.

It is usually built into the new pussy and some say it can provide pleasure, lubrication and protection against incontinence. Not sure about the lubrications if it is true, possibly if the prostate is not totally dried up. The fact that it is fully envelopes the urethra is another good reason to leave it. The few post ops I have been with have had no lubrication at all.
I am not sure what happens in cases where they are extending the vaginal cavity with a piece of colon.
When a person does not have a large enough penis to build a long or large enough vagina, they will lengthen it with a slice of their colon.
Apparently the colon tissue self lubricates itself. Before this type of surgery some could end up with a very short pussy of 3-4".
In the cases of orchidectomy (ball removal) they prostate is pretty much the only gland continuing to produce a small amount of testosterone.
With female hormone use, I am not sure how much it will continue to produce, but this could be another good reason to leave it.
I guess it would be fairer to say that the prostate is generally ineffective at producing any hormones after surgery, if it is not removed.
Also function is seriously deprecated through female hormone therapy.

The real problem medically with removing the Prostate, as many men who have their Prostate removed due to cancer or BPH can testify to, is that the operation itself can cause incontinence, impotence, and uncontrolled urination. Since the Prostate is wrapped around the Urethra, is close to the Colon, and has many important nerves surrounding it, when the operation is done, although done with the assistance of Robotics, the Surgeon has to be extremely careful to not damage these close by entities. Even the best Surgeons will not guarantee that any and all of these side affects will not be the outcome. That is why nearly 50% of men, in the US, who have Prostate Cancer opt not to have surgery and hope for the best where the Cancer will not spread or pose any death defying problem. Strange enough, the Post-Op LB may be saving her life through SRS. A restructured Vagina substitutes for the real thing and is meant to be used for sex. The rectum and colon are not physiologically or medically meant for sex. In many cases anal intercourse causes something called Gay Bowel Syndrome where diseases, parasites, and trauma are a result. This is quite commonly diagnosed in doctor's offices that treat Gays and BiSexuals. Since GBS would not affect a male top who goes with a LB bottom, as long as one uses protection, it does possibly affect the LB bottom. I guess that is why most of us do not worry about such things when going with a LB. Although I love LBs and love having sex with them, I am disheartened that they are all putting themselves in such danger.

I think many of the prostate surgeries they just hollow the prostate out or just take what that have to but leave it as much as they can.
Leaving some of the prostate would help with incontinence which is probably the same reason they try to leave it in SRS.
I think many of the men not having prostate surgery don't have cancer but have other conditions like BPH.
At the point where your prostate is swelled so much you cannot urinate is usually the point where men will have surgery.
Living on flowmax is no answer and often the trouble peeing leads to a stretched bladder from trying so hard pushing.
The fact is that anal sex just isn't as dangerous as you think.
Gay Bowel syndrome is an outdated term that included just about anything that could be caught anally.
Basically anything you can catch in a pussy can be caught in your ass, this was the whole concept of Gay bowel syndrome.
This makes no sense that is ok to catch all these things in a pussy and all is normal but if catch an STD in your ass it is so much worse?
It is bad no matter where you catch it.
The anus and colon are extremely durable and the only people causing trauma are those into fisting and massive toys.
People have normal clean anal sex are not doing any damage really, these ladyboys are in no real danger having anal sex.
Sure if you are total slut and get fucked in the ass 24 hours a day you may get loose and catch something, but the same could be said for a pussy.
STD's are not caused by anal sex, they are caused by infected people having unsafe sex.
Parasites are only introduced if the partner has the eggs on their penis, which would generally mean unsafe or unclean conditions.
The most common way to get parasites is through food or water.
One of the worst things you can get from anal sex is HPV however in reality this is just the common wart.
However if you get it in your ass or pussy there is a high chance it can lead to cancer.
I think you are worried about a non issue, I have really never heard of many ladyboys with ass problems of any kind.
There is guys I know of that are into ladyboys are bottoms and size queens and still I have never heard of anyone having any problems.
In fact there is many post-op ladyboys that prefer anal sex after the operation as they can get off better that way.
Others swear they will never get fucked in the ass again.
