Isn't midnight late enough?

I went to Cambodia today for my monthly tourist visa stamp. I left at about 4 in the morning and walked from my house to the main road to get the bus. There were five bars very much open for business and also a few girls wondering about too! Our local police station bobbies were enjoying a nightcap as usual, too!

The law won't change Thais at all! It only serves to frustrate foreign guests!
