just wondering, for you guys that like the post-ops and spend time with them; do they really feel anything? i mean it's just basically a hole there and we all know that nerves can never be re-attached; any that are severed during that very complicated procedure can not be put back together, so how can they feel anything?

girls with vagina's......sure, they were born that way and they have natural nerve-endings in there which make them feel pleasure. as males, we all know that we feel pleasure when our dicks are aroused and we have an orgasm. for post-ops, i would be curious as to know how and what they feel when they are having sex. i know about 20 [and soon about 20 more] and I could ask a few, but i know i won't get the truth out of them so why bother? if any of you have any idea's or thoughts on this subject, please do share.

Depends totally on the operation. Some do, some not. Normally the girls do cheap operations, so you can imagine how risky it is. My little experience (and it wont get bigger!) with post ops was that most of them had problems, because they were oversensitive. Some were too dry and needed such a lot of lub that they didn't feel anything. Others were too small, too wide, etc. From my lt relationship to the postop latin girl, I know that she enjoyed it and it really worked - but that was the only thing that worked. Mentally she was a wreck!
