To end up with all these speculations here they are the individuals and numbers involved:

Batman €“ 100,000 baht
Rafi (Manager of a neighborhood Hotel) €“ 29,000 baht
Pacman €“ private amount (pls check your PM)  
Matchman (username in the other board) €“ 10,000 baht
BkkOil (username in the other board) €“ 5,000 baht

Those are ALL the names of the individuals still prejudiced.

In fact this list could be more extended as Franck indeed tried to borrow more money to three persons €“ TTChang, Patrick €“ 25k and Pentire €“ 60k (not 90 as he said). All of them gently declined and promised him, upon them WORD!!! will be remaining in private€¦

Other folk did, for a couple of months (Rossco) with 25,000 baht with the €œlittle€ interest of 20% p/month €¦

Since he made already several money transfers to clear up other debts it€™s a question of time and opportunity to pay in full to all the persons mentioned above.

He€™s not a slacker either a conman as many people here say.
His obligations€™ delay was in part obviously due to his illness and subsequent heart operations.

I don€™t mean with this statement to defend Franck; for the contrary, as in my opinion he betrayed the good faith of many people who trust him.
Although for those who keep flaming his conduct, I recon there are some extenuations:

-All the money spent to decorate properly the establishment.
-The money problems he had from the beginning when he was set-up by someone (doesn€™t matter who now) and the BIBs with 80,000 baht.
-The extra money spent to get a proper staff.
-The indecent interest (60%) a month obliged to pay to the local €œmafia€ lenders.
-The increased amount of money Franck himself lent to the staff and to many friends/customers (some of them BMs in this board), most of them never pay him back
-The unreal monthly expenses, especially in the low season like salaries (aggravated for his co-partner €œwise€ decision to pay Liou 20k a month), Ricky (44 k), rent, electricity, water, laundry, etc. etc. €“ about 150/170,000 baht per month.
-Not counting the large amount of money, monthly steal by some of his own employers (cashier, etc.). No, not able to fire them (condition imposed by his co-partner!)

Anyway, with amazing effort he could handled the situation, in part thanks to the guys mentioned above but unfortunately the worst had to come €¦

And the worst goes by the nickname of Nicky.
That was his biggest mistake, to be insanely in love with someone on the P4P industry.
For all of those who keep writing at the forums about this subject €“ €œbe in love and sponsor a ladyboy€, think twice before went to the precipice like Franck did.

Although she€™s a nice kid, Franck was destroyed physically (the main reason of his heart problems), mentality (stress behavior€™s significant change) and monetary (over then 400k was spent with her) and even with the promise to pay her €œcut off€ operation soon.
Insistently asked to go to see him in Spain (where he€™s in rehabilitation), even one word he didn€™t get in change.

I know guys, no need to tell me €“ All the Franck€™s conduit was (is) wrongdoing and after all of this written the no heart €œusual suspects€ will be ready to cruelly €œjump€ on him €œcomme d€™habitude€.

One thing is for sure (if he hopefully recovers) he will be back.To Thailand, to Pattaya, to the scene and to the forums.

I register and log in today only to clear some points of Franck€™s situation.
I log out now with my modest contribution to this thread accomplished and without intentions to log in again.

Well pacman, it looks like you were able to get Franck to post a reply to your post, although under another of his countless aliases.

Good to hear that you are up and around able to post on this forum.

BTW, "Big Daddy" came into 131 3 weeks ago looking for Franck. Seems he believes that Franck owes him 100,000 baht. Staff were not able to give him a proper answer. Should I ask them to refer Big Daddy to you???

Considering that you had open heart surgery 4 days ago that is a great effort Franck, you must have dictated it to one of those Spanish Senoritas who staff the IC unit of your hospital.

I read your pm & look forward to some good news regarding the money. I would like all those owed paid back & when I receive mine back in full here's what I propose:

I will pay for your airfare to fly you Lisbon to Bangkok for a reunion party at La Bamba right there in your old stomping ground - Soi Yamoto.

All friends of Franck will be invited but more importantly I would ask all your detractors to come as well. Can you just imagine it, big brave men turning up to punch the lights out of a 63 year old heart patient or maybe they will turn up to wish you well & having made a decision to put the past behind them, we can all move on with our lives.

I am talking about guys like Pentire, whom I have never met but am assured is a top fellow, who I believe was once a good mate of Franck. You don't have to kiss & make up but you could try forgiveness. And Batman, how happy would he be to see his 100k? And Batman you have had a good run making fun of Franck, all justified of course but you don't seem the sort of guy to carry a grudge forever.

There have been others, some of whom won't be able to forgive, they just don't need to turn up.

I love the idea of the wheel coming full circle, that the old pirate will find himself standing at the bar having a drink with his arch nemesis Rossco. And trust me Franck did see him as the antichrist. Rossco - you know you wouldn't miss being there, you & Franck had a symbiotic relationship.

Then will come the highlight of the evening - Nicky will be reunited with her creator. Would she be amongst the top LBs in the world without the one man marketing machine who thrust her into the spotlight? I doubt it. And I will pay for her, bar fine, the lot.

Does it really matter? There is a saying in Thailand - how can you invest in a bar and get 40 million baht? Start with 80 million then invest in the bar.

People know this and still lend money and invest in the bar. Those who didn't lend to Franck knew that a fool and their money are soon parted, those who did lend to him know it now.

I am filipef and yes, i am from Portugal, that's why my IP is a portuguese one. Maybe because i am portuguese, like Frank, and maybe because Franck's son (if there is any) is also named Filipe, some guys accused be of beeing Frank himself, something i think it is gone now.
A few days ago, i received an email from someone claiming to be brazilian (staying in Brazil right now) and a friend of Frank.
He wrote be because: i am portuguese and "a brother" (he says he is brazilian...) and i am "a nice guy".
He tried to tell me "the whole story", about Frank and about some guys who write bad things about him.
He (this "brazilian") asked me to keep a secret about the story ("the true") and, even if i did not promised him anything, i won't be telling here (at least, not yet) what he told me.
But...
In Portugal and in Brazil (i supose, also in all latin countries), the keyboards have symbols that allow us to write words like "fáçil" (the portuguese word for "easy"), but his email did not have ANY of those symbols, even if he claims to be from Brazil, and staying in Brazil right now.
He also tried to write some idiomatic phrases in "brazilian", but he forgot and also wrote some words in "portuguese" (a brazilian would not wrote those words).
I emailed him back about these "funny" things, asking for and explanation, but he did not replied.
Now that i read this "anonymous" is writing from Bangkok, i think he and that "brazilian" are Frank, himself, and he is in Thailand.
I am a patriot, not a nationalist: between a portuguese nice guy and a foreigner nice guy, i prefer the portuguese. But, between a foreigner nice guy and a portuguese bad guy, i prefer the foreigner.
And, unless anyone can prove me the opposite, Frank is beeing a bad guy.

The "Brazilian" had a lot of information about e-mails between "Filipe" and me.  If Anonymous7j is indeed Franck and is posting from Thailand, then I have been fed a pack of lies for a long, long time, right up until yesterday.  Pentire, Pampamsam and I have been discussing this for quite a few months now, but this post by Pacman (which Pentire pointed out to me) is by far the hottest news yet. Ahh, the intrigue.
