Where is the best university to find LB's?

I've met them on the BTS when Uni classes finish (accidentally - I had not planned it).

I still think the best places to meet young, non P4P LBs are the MAC Beauty Counters in the top end Department Stores.

And, in or out of Bangkok, walking through any Mall after school hours or a weekend afternoon.

You just need to use good LB-Radar and very good luck.

A smile and a direct look works wonders - you just need time, patience and good fortune.

This advice is also good for Singapore, KL, and (occasionally) HK.

At Ramkhamhaeng most of them go shopping along the street near The Mall shopping centre or in the Mall itself.

You often see them in small packs but there are plenty of single ones wondering around.      

Tip:- hang around near the shoe shops.

The US is weird for the most part.

TS girls here generally don't like men who admire TS's but would rather find a guy who is 100% straight and accept her as female.

Also there tends to be a swagger from TS's from the US that most people would rather do without. Again I'm not generalizing but it seems to be the norm rather than the exception.

That said there are still some good apples to be found.

No it doesn't. The legal age for consent in Thailand is 15.

The rules change when money, gifts and bars are involved.

and didn't seem proper.

not that i would mind meeting some lovely lb coeds, wherever they might abide.

but i think i'll continue my application for wanker in residence at the virtual U of LOS, where the odds are considerably more in my favor -- even if you do get tenure before i do.
