Voicebox Operation

I've notice that the latest craze among post-ops is to get a voicebox operation. Of those I know who has gotten the it, I haven't heard of many sucess stories.

The girl's voice sounds muted and not actually like a woman and it leaves a nasty "tell-tale" scar.

Anyone hear of any success stories with the operation?
