I don't know the science here, but this topic has come up a few times in the past.

In some of those posts, some seemingly knowledgeable people said the most important thing is to NOT brush your teeth before and after, as that would create micro-tears, allowing say HIV to get in your blood stream.

You do not have to have micro tears inthe mouth. The mouth, is lined with mucous membranes, which are like a sponge, and readily absorbs the nasties. So therefore allowing one to cum in the mouth, and then your spitting it out and not swallowing, is no diferent than swallowing. Its absorbed. Swallowing may give the impression that stomach acids etc will kill the bad guys, but the throat as well as the mouth is stil lined with mucous membranes, so its still not guaranteed. Saliva has enzymes which kill it, but still the mouth is lined with , yep mucous membranes. Same for a facial your eye sockets, inside the nose, lips are all mucous membranes, as is the lining of your ass, and urethreral tract......same old game .....mucous membranes.

Of course micro tears or abrasions in the mouth from brushing teeth or cavities etc all up the odds of transmission. Then just because you happen to suck off a cock and that person has HIV/AIDs does not mean your automatically going to catch it either.
