Everytime I'm in Pattaya and see the volunteer cops working on Beach Rd or on Walking Street, they always seem to be looking at the girls the same way I do...haha. They sit at the gate entering Walking Street and do the whole head back and forth thing looking at the stunners.

I wonder how much free "booty" they actually get?

Same old, same old. He makes a bunch of arrests. Gets in the paper as a strong enforcement officer. Gets a few kudos. Then he let's everything get back to normal, likely getting bribes from all the girls to let them walk the beach again. Just watch. It's a repeating movie in Thailand.
