Pattaya or Bangkok - a dilemma

Ozzie, I had forgotten all about the Pattaya Bay Resort, thanks for reminding me and I thought it might be the Flipper that Billy is always talking about. See, I knew if I went to you guys, you€™d give me info€¦haha.
As far as putting him inside a ladyboy bar in Nana, OMG, he€™d soil himself€¦haha. He€™s a great guy but very low key and very traditional. Even after he made the comments about Jane, I thought the same thing as you guys mentioned€¦..She€™d eat you alive, but maybe that would be a good thing. With him though, it€™s not an issue of saying€¦Here, try a LB, he€™s interested, it€™s just that he€™s shy and is ok in BKK when he€™s with someone. I don€™t know how he is when he€™s in the room with a GG, but they have always come out smiling in the morning. The girls I have seen that have been with him have always said what a sweet guy he is, so he is always good with whoever he€™s with. I figure he€™s on his own, I€™m not going to babysit him€¦..I figure it€™s grow up time when he goes into the ladyboy bars in Pattaya€¦.I just want to go to Club 131, grab June or Kwang from , a drink and watch them go after him€¦haha. Watching Pond go after him would be a riot in itself€¦..lol
Thanks sooooo much for the suggestions, both sound goodand you know, I always forget about Dynasty Inn too, maybe because it€™s so close to Areca and usually I just go to Areca, but I think this time I will try either Pattaya Bay Resort or Flipper.

Sexy Emma (Amy) was right in front of me giving me the eye and I was too spineless to do anything about it!

It's a personality issue. My experience (such as it is) hasn't changed how I feel in the shitpits or in the presense of knock out ladyboys... (like a palm sweating blubbering imbecile!)

Try the Pattaya Bay Resort... Great rooms for less than 800 (11 Quid!) all inclusive... but book early!

If your arriving around midnight your a braver man than I am in driving down to Pattaya. In case your not aware, the highway between Chonburi and Pattaya (approx 70km's of it) is under huge rebuilding work - potholes are everywhere and there are NO lights or warning signs of lane closures etc. I drive a lot in Thailand, but I wont do that drive anymore in the dark - just way too much risk of a serious accident and made worse with some driver who is probably keeping himself awake by stroking his budha chain around his neck and drinking red bull

If you were arriving in the daytime, sure go to Pattaya, but at that time of night I'd go for Bangkok everytime.

I agree with mardhi, why would you want another 2hr journey on top of the 20hr flight.

Stay 1 night in Bangkok and head down to Pattaya the next morning.

After reading mardhi€™s post about the road construction, I decided to stay in BKK for a couple of nights, then go to Surin for a week and THEN go to Pattaya for 5 nights. This way I can get to the hotel (Swiss Park Hotel) and then shower and haul my ass down to Guess Bar and see if I can barfine Joy for the first night, then on night #2, I€™ll cruise Nana or Guess bar again. I have to get to Surin on a certain date because I have an electrician wiring our house, so I have to be there. Also, as many times as I have been to Pattaya, I just can€™t do it for 3 nights€¦.it just can€™t be done€¦haha Granted, I€™ll be living in Bangkok starting on September 12th and can run to Pattaya any weekend I want, I still want to go to Club 131 as soon as possible.
Mardhi, I believe it was you who mentioned that someone could pre-barfine a girl as Guess Bar, how would I go about doing it?

Don€™t feel bad Stogie, like my friend, sometimes I don€™t even know what to say to LB€™s or GG€™s I see. I have had my share of times when I have approached a girl and the girl doesn€™t have a thing to say€¦talk about a tough few minutes. I always go with eye contact and make a comment about their physical beauty. LB€™s €œLOVE€ being complimented about their outer beauty€¦haha. But some guys I have seen are so forward and almost abusive with their mouths towards girls. It infuriates me sometimes when you see a guy treat some of these girls like a piece of meat. It€™s just not in my nature to be like that.
When I was with Emma last year, it took a lot of nerve for me to approach her, but she was all business and truly loves herself. It was hardly my best experience, but her physical appeal is what attracted me to her, not her personality. She truly has the most gorgeous legs in Pattaya if not Thailand.
I have contacted Pattaya Bay Resort about the days needed, can anyone recommend either the standard room versus the deluxe one? The deluxe one looks nice, but for 790 baht, the standard one looks good too and I am only shagging and sleeping there too.
