cocktail and dreams

I been trying to find the cocktails and dreams website...

I thought it used to be www.kohjoy.com

But its seems to be gone....

Anyone heard of what is going on with the website?

Any news would be appreciated..

I assume the bar is still alive and well down in phuket....

Hi azza!
Your right. The "old" website-adress doesn't work anymore. I tried it before and had no luck. Maybe they had troubles with the police. Anyway I was end of May in Phuket and can assure you, that the bar is open. I don't know, when you've been in Phuket the last time but some time ago they had the bar in "Soi Tiger". Now (must be around 2 years) they moved to "Soi Vegas" next to Soi Tiger. You can't miss them, because there are always some of the LB's on Bangla Road and trying to get customer to the bar. It's now a "closed" bar, means that they have a glass front and you have to walk inside the bar. At night they have 2 or 3 times a show.
As I said I was there end of May (low season) but you'll find sure about 20 up LB's. Enjoy - Luk

Hi Bam!
I don't know if the bar was sold, but the "old boss/mamasan" was still at the bar and also acting like she's still the boss. Also "she" was with a "farang" guy there (I don't know if he's the same)??
But the bar is open, and as I can remember had the logo of "Cocktails&Dreams". Also there were a lot of LB's (some I know from an earlier holiday) and I had a good time visiting the place. Luk

Nick sold his share in the bar but Ning Nong still has hers. I will find out about the website.

Their other domain http://www.katoysrus.com/ is hitting a server that€™s locked them out it seems. My guess is the websites were Nick's thing and now that he's sold his share of the business the remaining partners have not paid the web host and the websites have been pulled off-line. Also note that the domain katoysrus.com is about to expire 2007-07-25.

i was there in the end of april..and the website was also down at that time...i had a short chat with the new 50% owner( cant recall his name ) but he was a polite guy and nice to chat with...
he told me that they were "working" on a new webpage... but he seems to be just as organised as the thais...

btw... i was staying at www.theplacetostayphuket.com who before also was connected to CD...and i can easyli recomend that place...

the guy who run the place,is a wery nice person,and open/friendly to LB`s .....its also a very discreet "hotel" with only 4 apartments so no reception you have to pass... so ideal if you dont like the "walk of shame"
the prices are also fair so i will happyly recomend that place...

Jim, the new boss of Cocktails&Dreams is with me now.
Soon (next week) when he goes back to Phuket, he will update his famous place with the new pics as well.
Jim has 50% and the other share belongs to Ning Nong and Nick.

Was just in phuket 2 days ago and stayed at the place to stay. Highly recommend this place for all the above reasons. Just wanted to add that the guys name is Tom from the U.S.A and is really helpfull and freiendly, will even pick u up from the airport.
Room 2 is the best at 1200 baht as it has the views of the street below and WiFi connection in range from the internet shop across the soi, also the largest.

Oh and Cocktails and Dreams was full of some great looking girls. Got hassled a bit for drinks but other wise loved it...
