A couple of suggestions  


Try giving her a good lick down there first to help relax the sphincter and after a short time just put pressure with the tip of your finger at the opening and see if it slides in.
If not lick somemore    


If you don't fancy having a lick down there first (I know some dont     )  try rubing your lubed fingertip in a circle around the muscle.
Start gently at first and little by little increase the pressure. After a short time your figer will just slide in

Sorry - you can only get re-chargeable ones up to 14.4 Volt and 10,000psi.
The only other alternative is compressed air ones but they require a reliable air supply and are less handy.

I presently have one similar to the above on order.

One thing I can say for sure, and this from the solid experience of some 24 years of whoremongering in Thailand and that is that I feel both GGs and LBs are getting spoiled.
