Its only a problem if you let it be,My favourite bar is Obsession and i have had many from there,I visit on a regular basis and i dont have this problem anymore.Usually i will buy a few girls a dring and chat with a few of them but make it clear that i am a butterfly and will choose by myself and anybody who is pushy is immediately taken off my to do list.A couple of weeks ago i was in obsession and was looking for Odet who was not there on the night,I was sitting having a drink with May who i had been with on several occasions.She went outside and called Odet who was having a night off,20 mins later Odet sent me sms and said she would be at my hotel in 30 mins.I bought May another couple of drinks to thank her and 30 mins later Odet was knocking on my door at the Landmark. When we finised our buisness i told Odet that I also liked No 69 who turned out to be Natty (Stogie kindly posted pics i took of natty on pic post section).Odet made a phone call and gave me her number.So in my experience all it takes is to make yourself clear in what you want and a few drinks bought works wonders. If necessary though the fuck off does also work but she will badmouth you all over the shop,as if i give a fuck. Just as a matter of intreat on my last visit the mamasan from Obsession spotted me in 1 of thebars outside the club on her way into work,she came over and had 2 drinks with me,the biggest surprise i ever got in Bkk is that she insisted on picking up the tab. Rule num 1,,Never let anything surprise you in Thailand.

I don't see why you have to be a prick to solve this problem, by telling them to fuck off, or getting a bodyguard mamasan, or trying to be a man 'with balls'.

I live 12 minutes walk to Nana and have taken many hundreds of girls home. I have basically NEVER had a real big problem with this, and I completely agree with the idea of remaining friends with them all. In my experience, this is good for the long run. If you have a reputation of being a decent guy, things generally go better, and the gossip ring in the bar is lighteningly fast.

Listen. This ain't rocket science, and I do it hundreds of times. You walk in. You're ex-girl comes up and wants to sit with you. Say, ok, buy her a drink, she's happy. Why not? You liked her enough to take her out. She isn't a door. It's not like you can pretend to not see her. Chit chat a bit (like, why not?), then just say, "I don't go with you tonite, I see someone else, ok?". When you see someone else you like, invite her over and buy a drink. Everything is clear, everyone is happy. In most cases, girl No.1 will go away fairly quickly, politely, and quite happy.

In the extreme odd case that she gets a huff, just completely ignore her, and get on with the girl you want. It is quite rare they get a big huff, and when they do, it's all just an act, so don't believe there is any real emotion in it, and you yourself, don't get emotional about it. Don't say FUCK OFF, don't call the police, just ignore it.

One more point, don't bring Girl No.1 (or anyone) over and sit with her for 3 hours and then take another girl. That will piss her off, and justifiably so, as she just gave up other potential customers (and thus her income for that night). So, I try and tell them fairly quickly if I am sure, "I won't go with you tonite, ok", or, "Maybe, but I'm not sure".

Doing this for 4 years now, I have encountered perhaps 1 problem per year of the 'huff', and I have never had to tell anyone to fuck off and thus ruin my night in doing so, and create a reputation in the bar as an ass. Following that model, many girls ask me straight out now, "You take me tonite", and they know my answer will be true. Then they can make the decision to sit and chit chat and get a drink or not and everyone's happy.

If you let them steamroll you, then that's what you got coming to you. If you do take a girl, the best probably is just to make it clear you're a butterfly man (just say you are same same Snick) and you'll be back to fuck their best friend in an hour. No one's a happy camper when they get that news, but they'll piss off later and you're scott free and won't have to worry about getting shanked the next time you walk into the bar.

It's your baht so it is "up to you" (as they are fond of telling us!) how you spend it. I always make a point of telling either GG's or LB's if there are a couple I like in any particular bar that I will pay bar for them 1 time only, as there are others in the bar that I like. It's then up to them whether they want the baht and accept or if they don't like the deal they can piss off and I will take another. I have never had a problem. You just have to be firm and polite and keep smiling. However if you do get any hassle, just call over the mamasan and buy her a drink, she will sort it out for you. The last thing she needs is a good customer going away unhappy and without a bar fine being paid in her bar, perhaps never to return!

I agree with Ziggy about not being a prick but you do sometimes need to be forceful. I have done exactly what he suggests many times about buying your previous girl a drink and in fact I have recommended it myself.

Unfortunately does not always work as seamlessly as that. They are quite possesive sometimes and particularly now during low season when not many customer about.

Still the basic principle applies be nice until it is no longer an option.

Im sure you ziggy have your own way of dealing with being harrased in bars,or perhaps you are not. Im sure you are reffering to me when you say having the mamasan as a bodyguard,i dont know how you interpit being friendly and having a drink with the mamasan as having her as a bodyguard,perhaps you might explain.
In my experience and as a board member I think im entitled to my opinion without being called a "prick". I dont know about you but its always better to be friendly with the mamasan whether your in a gogo,beer bar gg pof lb,I dont think that makes her my bodyguard.
I can well take care of myself in any bar and if you read my post telling somebody to fuck off would be a last resort after being hassled and hassled and possibly insulted by a ladyboy,thankfully i only had to resort to this on 1 occasion.I treat lbs with the respect that 99% of them deserve including the way i pay them and am on first name terms with quite alot of them in bars in nana and pattaya and Koh Samui.I dont have a problem buying a few drinks for a variety of girls no matter what bar im in and when i choose my company for the night it still leaves everybody happy. In alot of posts i have read in various sections of this forum most members find it to their advantage to be on friendly terms with the mamasan but as is the case with me i doubt very much if any of them regard them as their bodyguard. Apart from anything else dont you think it makes for a more relaxed envoirment in the bar when you are on friendly first name term with some of the staff and especially the boss.I find it uplifting to walk into guess and be approached by jane and being asked do i want my usual to drink and if there is anything for she can do for me during my stay,its also nice when some of the girls go for food , and to be asked if you are hungry.
Getting back to what the opening topic is all about. The only problem i have with taking 2 girls from the same bar is if you took them short time on the same night,I think this is a little unfair and i know from discussing it with the girls they hate it and find that it makes it look as if the first girl couldnt satisfy the customer,I see their point and for that reason i wouldnt do it. Otherwise i dont believe the girls have a big problem with the fact that tonights customer will possibly be another girls tomorrow night. IF you like 2 why not try a 2some or even a 3some,,now that solves alot the problem and its fun FUN FUN

I have to retract the mamasan statement I made earlier...at least a little...Riga came to my resuce the other evening in Cascades (she was slumming upstairs) by fending off a drunk pest and she earned a well-deserved drink...Thank you Riga...
