GG and Ladyboy?

Has anyone done both a LB and GG at the same time?
I wonder how many times this request has come up and if the LBs and GGs find it a little weird.
Just thinking about and all the different combos its making me go nuts.

One thing that is common is that a gg does not often like to have sex with an lb, and vice versa.
