Interesting to hear your call on what would certainly appear to be a post-op. I had an interesting experience some 24 years ago when i was working out of Zurich. It's time for an anatomy lesson. The bladder does not directly connect to the vagina of a postop ts or a gg. As postop_girl states a postop vagina is usually tighter than that of a gg, and usually not quite as deep.

It is more likely you encountered a gg who may have had a "loose" vagina.

You should also consider if you were under any other influences at the time of your encounter that may have affected your perceptions.
