ok so I know we've been down this road before but I'm slightly torn between reason and fantasy at the moment.

Like a lot of people on here, the months (far too many months in my case) between visits to LOS are spent trawling websites and checking this forum gathering material to fantacise about until I get back on that plane again.

Sometimes I even wander on to the webcam sites and, although I find it a mostly disappointing and costly exercise, I occasionaly find a girl who's a real sweetheart.

Some of these girls I will revisit maybe once but there's one that I'm totally in lust with. Like most of these girls, she lives in the Philippines and I've told her that I'm coming to Thailand this year and mentioned that I might visit her in PI (in fairness I was drunk at the time).

Now I know it's logistically possible to fit in a trip to PI during my three weeks but I have serious doubts about the logic of actually going through with it...I mean it could be good fun but it could also be a complete and utter nightmare. If it works out, great but, if not, I don't really fancy being in a country I've never been in before where the only person I know is also the person I least want to be with.

My other concern is my privacy; I'm happy to discuss my thoughts and desires with the members here but I don't want to get into a 'relationship' with this girl and have her phoning me or trying to contact me when I get back home....that's not to mention the possibility of money demands etc.

Anybody have any experience in this area ?

Opinions will of course be accepted in good faith.

Based on the details you've posted, it seems as though you have no intention of taking things any further with this Fillipino webcam girl, other than a night or two of passion.

I happen to be fond of Fillipino ladyboys, so would be keen to visit the Phillipines in a more general sense, however I'd struggle with the idea of a trip there purely to meet a girl I'd chatted to on webcam. Particularly when I knew that in a weeks time I would be returning to my regular life back home.

With respect to privacy and being contacted after the trip, regardless of where you travel the rules are the same. If you don't want to be contacted, don't give out your phone number or e-mail, or simply purchase a separate sim card for use whilst on vacation. Thai ladyboys are just as capable of contacting you as Fillipinos providing they have your phone number, etc.

In summary, I'd only travel to the Phillipines if you had a more general interest in the country or ladyboy scene, but certainly wouldn't travel there specifically to see a webcam girl you have no intention of getting serious with.

I think people need to stop making decisions late at night while on the internet and their pants around their ankles. Filipinos have made an industry out of suckering lonely Americans into visiting them and sponsoring them. If you want to go on a whore trip to the Phils, I highly suggest it but going there specifically to meet a webcam whore is not a good idea.
