So to be clear...you are on Bangla facing the beach, you turn right, about 50m ahead on the beach side you see Subway. There is a small walking lane to the beach with Subway at the front of it (and beach at the back). In that walking lane there is massage and salon place on the right. It has 4 LBs working, 3 pre-op, 1 post-op. 2 are average looking, 2 very good looking, but all very pleasant ladies. Highly recommended for an afternoon break! I don't think they have a 'bath' place, but I didn't ask.

By the way, adjacent to it is the best hotel in Patpong for price and convenience. I think 900 baht for deluxe, huge room, with massage on left, beach on right, internet in front, and mini-mart in front, and Bangla 50m away. Can't beat that.

I agree with justbob, it would be a pretty good thing to have. Would have thought lb's are so popular now in Thailand that you could get this easily - even if it were just a couple available in CP1+2 etc.

IMHO, a LB soapy bar would breed unsafe sex. I know when I see GGs in the bars for this, I almost always talk them into BB simply because I love the slippery feel of it all and want to get it on right there in the suds.
