    Nana Plaza Entrance

    if you like ladyboys [and naturally we all do if we are reading this shit], you need head no further than the front entrance to Nana Plaza. there are 2 seperate times when this is the best place in town; about 6-7PM and then again about 1AM-3AM. early on is when all the bar girls are coming to start the night and it's a virtual who's who of ladyboys walking by on their way to Obsessions and Casa and the new Cascade. You will see many faces that you know and love from here, as well as spot many new faces that you never knew before. You can enjoy this best from the Big Dog's bar on the corner.

    around 1AM all the freelancers start hanging around the front entrance, where all the food vendors are and the tuk-tuks. you can always find 8-10 ladyboys here as well as around the Nana hotel parking lot and the new sign there. many of these girls you will recognize; the other night I saw Maye there [from the lesbo series with Tong] and she looked unbelievable.....lost weight and dyed her hair pink and she looked absolutely amazing. I also saw Pim [she is there every night] and also Jeje, Jina and Tangmo. These girls and many others live around this place during this time, and then at about 215 when the other places close this is a fucking mardi gras for ladyboy-lovers. count on seeing anywhere from 75-100 ladyboys during this time, and anyone who likes ladyboys can find whatever the hell they want right here.

    there is nothing like this anywhere else in the world as far as i know, and it is paradise on earth. the other night I felt like I was in a dream and I tried to persuade Aon to let me take home Maye to play around with us but she wouldn't go for that. For you new guys reading this, please save your energy some night and go hang out here; all your dreams willbe fulfilled.

    I'm hearing more and more about dissatisfaction with the aggressiveness of LBs at NEP. Do you think that maybe LBs are going out of fashion. It sounds as if there are more and more LBs around, and fewer and fewer interested clients.

      valid point.......i also think it's because there is always a new generation of ladyboys coming down into the city and there are just too many around. either way, you are correct that many are too aggressive and should just back off a bit; no one likes the aggressive, pushy attitude and that is part of the reason that Obs and the other bars are empty half the time.

        Standing outside Nana one night (waiting for Jon - who was late ) I noticed that about 1/3 of the guys walking out with a girl, were walking out with a LB. A pretty high number considering the number of LB bars vs GG.

        Another observation,there are less clients in general - which is odd since high season should be starting right not.

        I'm not complaining - better to walk into Obsession or Cascade and have the pick of 10+ 'A' girls, rather than getting the left overs.

          That and there are a lot of LB websites going after the same clientele ... I got spam from Kimbery in C'nova for her new LB site (I forgot the name, but very Thai, with lots of flashing icons and broken Eng-a-rish); Natalee has one, and I see spam from others. Plus the other sites seem to have no end of LBs publishing their contact info. It's overload. And at the same time, I detect an ambivalence from those of us who like to chase LBs. Plus IMHO the LBs are getting better and better looking. I'm not complaining. Just observing that life seems to be getting tougher for the LBs.

            It doesn't help them asking for ridiculous money for a shag, I can't see Jeje getting many takers outside the Nana if she is asking for 100 USD.

                  I think you will find the young lady is trying to maximise her earnings. From the (VERY) little I know about the lady she realises that like most in her line of business, her shelf life is a few years only. Whilst I am not prepared to pay her prices, I still wish her well.
                  I too work in and industry where the customer gets charged not a fair rate but what the market will bear.

                  From conversations with my young lady, I realise that there is no welfare state in Thailand. In your old age either you have to rely on your children to support you, or you have to support yourself. I don't blame these people for trying to grab what they can, when they can. You would in the same position!!

                  Ever had to do pay negotiations with an employer?? These girls sometimes do it 2,3 or 4 times a night!

                  I'm not justifying what these girls do - just trying to explain why.

                    It's ok and I know Jeje and been fucked by her , when I was talking with her she expressed her disdain for trawling outside Nana and said she preferred to hook up with guys by using Facepic etc.
                    I was just registering my surprise that she is now hooking outside Nana at 1am and she must be short of a few satang if she is doing that as I'd guess the 1000bt she would earn for a fuck there wouldn't make much difference for her long term pension plan.

                            I agree with wht you said about the LB's being on show at the times you mentioned. When I was there in October I found myself (frequently) in either Big Dogs or the nana Hotels Golden Bar between 11 and midnight for a small refreshment each evening there were 2 blonde LB's out front and centre of NEP wearing what looked like red leather dresses. Does any one know who they are / were? I believe that they were touting for cascade but Paddy and I forgot to ask when we visited!!!
