Pattaya... Shouldnt have even asked the question mate. Pattaya Pattaya Pattaya all the way Sir The city then never closes especially on New Years eve... In bkk everyone will be tucke up by 3am lol

The best is "up to you" but NYE is the kind of night that's good to be with a bunch of friends and you'l more likely find that in BKK.

Also nice if the places u want to go are within walking distance.

Last New Year I spent in Big Dog bar.

I was also in Big Dogs. Pattaya is also good but this year its BKK for me .

Many LBS go home to C Mai or someplace just before the Holiday and so the bars do thin out a little bit in BKK towards the new year. Dont ask me why the girls go home, but they do.....thats my experience anyway.....

Still plenty of talent around and it only takes two to tango....
