Just one more thing here before I let this long diatribe die a natural death.....

  Except for the part about all the countries my beloved homeland has put waste to over the past 40 years [all true], this whole post is all just OPINION.  My personal opinions based on 8 years of travelling in Asia and living what is admittedly a pretty strange lifestyle.

      No one has to like or agree with it, that is why they are called Opinions and not facts; some people may come away from this thread or any of my posts thinking  that I am full of shite and they wouldn't be the first;  likewise, I have read some things up here over the  years or in my mailbox which have left me literally shaking my head and my blood pressure sailing right  through the roof.

       Good message boards do that to people sometimes but remember they are purely one person's opinions and we all have 'em.

          4 people I forgot to mention in here who have also contributed to the website with freelance photography and are also good personal friends; Snick, Lefty and Gogo.... thanks a lot for your excellent work, friendship and keen eyes, Gents.

        Lastly..... I can't believe I forgot Mickey but I am sure it's just because Poo has picked up all photography work in the south now from him and he has distanced himself from the scene, same as I am about to do.  A great guy whom I trust 100% and who I love like a brother.... his friendship has never failed me in 3 years and we will always be close no matter where our paths take us. I can't agree more with Jai Dee about Fox "news". The distortion experts and fanatics like Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter are quite dangerous mouths that are free to roam. Rush Limbaugh is perhaps the even more influental blow hard of this era. To me they are giant hypocrites and their anger is somewhat manufactured. They are the result of the mixture of show business and news and they trigger the anxieties of thier audience who seem cabable of absorbing any fear ploy.

I am sure your "opinions" will be missed by most of us, because as we dont always agree they give us cause for thought.

Just a point or 2 that i have found with some of the ladyboys i have spent time with. Money is number 1,2 & 3 but they provide a great service, and APPEAR to enjoy it, and thats all i ask for.
The longer they are in the bars the more tricks they learn. And they all involve money.
I am on holiday and dont need drama so probably put up with shit I shouldn't have to deal with, but what the fuck!!

Some of the coolest guys I have ever met has been through this website (yes - i dont get out much!!) and thanks to them all for making holidays really good fun.

I will continue to male mistakes when in Thailand!! especially where cute ladyboys are involved!!

Fox news  owned by a  man named  rupert murdoch  who became an american so he could own it.
Just read your  story Jai dee, and it reminded me of an incident in Jakarta some  years ago. This  happened  around the time australia lead an international force into  east timur.
Had jsut been down town around the sarina area   where the hard rock cafe is. went shopping   in the supermarket there, then had lunch at hard rock cafe   and after caught a cab home to the apartment at harmoni
While unpacking the shopping i switched on the news. fuck me there was this anal looking reporter    from down town jakarta  reporting to the world how there were riots in the streets and buildings on fire  over the timor  affair. i nearly choked  as i reached for something to throw at this cunt.
i  have allways had my suspitions of the media, but from that day on i became a  non believer. i state if you want to know what happend  you have to be there

Unfortunately the British news is going the same way. Having spent a long time in the British Army & the dubious pleasure, (NOT) of places like Northern Ireland, UN tours in Cyprus & the former Yugoslavia, what gets reported is most definitely not what is actually going on. Some of these journalists should be tried for treason they have betrayed the trust of the units they are with & there own country. In the UK you can still be shot for it! So why aren't we lining the wankers up against a wall.
