Well another year older today, here I am in good old Blighty, its cold and raining, what a place, not decent bars, fat GG's and only a handful of LB's that can be found in the big smog (London to u US folks...lol)

BUT....... I have house on the market and first viewing lined up for later.... Must be a good omen !

I intend to downsize and still keep a house in the UK.....Lets face it, once u av sold and moved away its a struggle to start from scratch, and the house here is the best financial investment u can make.....

What then they all ask will u do with a handful of the folding stuff?

Well I am taking the plunge and getting a bar in LOS, YES YES YES I know this is risky, but I have spent a year looking at this so not just a fantasy whim thing.....

Who knows I could end up with a nice blend of GG and LB that maybe I could do some 'club rates' for you guys !!!!!

Well anyway, at least now I have hope.....before I just counted every day to the next vacation, now I count the days till the relocation !

I'm in BKK now, and may retire in LOS very soon.  Or at least spend 6 months a year here.  Can understand you getting p***** off with uk life.

Well done Scooby. A bar where you get a proper drink not water downed and you dont get ripped off by the staff.

Now that's a bar i will go to when i'm in LOS. Do you have some Thai connection in the bar or are you going solo?

Point of warning........check ownership thoroughly as some tend to sell there bars several times to different people. I'm sure you've heard it all but thats my ten cents worth. Good luck and keep us updated.

Well I have a Mamasan GG GF in BKK and after knowing her and TRUSTING her for over a year now we are gunna get a bar.... Was thinking of Pattaya as all year drinking and avoids the seasonal peaks that Phuket and the Islands have, but now even considering BKK as Pattaya only 2 hours away if i need the beach [or cheap LB fun lol]

Will be looking in Jan but if in BKK will probably be in the Sukhumvit Rd area....keep in with u guys so u can fuel up b4 heading to the Nana Plaza party zone!!!!!.....

You know I have tried many forums, but for all round entertainment, good advice, Fun, and a good possy of top fellow life lovers this is the BEST... well done to all the chaps behind the scenes and to the fellow members who cheer up my day......keep on posting guys !
