Yes I was, but had to fly out Oct. 28, so missed the finals.

Hmm - posties, really hard to know with this group! I would guess that Hikaru No. 16 from Japan might be, as well as Baby Christina Andaya No. 5 might be too. My contacts have told me that Miss Tiffany Universe is not postop, but has had an orchidectomy. Not sure if this is true or not.

I'll try to post some more group shots later. Not sure if there is an upload limit or I am having ISP problems, but I cannot upload any more photos right now.

I agree - isn't it funny that white women are winning beauty contests in Thailand? How screwed up is that?

I agree! Actually this year the winner again won because of politics. It seems they want to entice more non-asian contestants, so having Mimi Marks (from USA) win last year, and Erica Andrews representing Mexico, but living in USA, win this year, was part of the plan. This is despite the fact that last year and this year the winners were far from the best looking contestants. This also may be a bit of evening out when Miss Tiffany Universe won the Miss Universal Queen contest 3 years in a row, which is held in Los Angeles California.

I was watching TV yesterday and flicking around the chanels when a story caught my attention. It was on the crap entertainment show called The Insider and was about Erica Andrews the winner of the pageant. Erica claimed she only took hormones and hadn't had any surgery , they also went on about how she had dated some famous basketball player who didn't know she was a transexaul.
What made it interesting though is that there's a documentary called Trantasia coming out next year about 6 contestants from the pageant. I don't know if you guys already know about it but it might be interesting to see when it comes out.
