Butterfly....its not intelligence. Many call the Philippines, "The Land That Logic Forgot"...not known for its educational system BUT they do TEACH ENGLISH as a compulsory course so its tough to compare Thai girls intelligence simply because they dont speak English. Philippines Republic was a country colonized at one time by the US but Thailand was never colonized by an English speaking nation...simple as that.

Just because a Thai girl or LB doesnt understand a definition in English doesnt make them stupid, it makes you stupid and/or lazy for coming to Thailand all of these years and not taking the time to learn Thai.

 Thats true. The Philippine educational system uses English as the medium language to teach basic subjects like Math, History, the sciences, etc. This holds true to both private and public schools nationwide. Thus our familiarity to using it a lot of times. But then again, intelligence is much more than just language proficiency.
