For me it was a great two weeks in Bangers but also so depressing in how things are changing for the worse. It's not only this crackdown getting even worse with now the Grace shut at 2am as well as all the counterfeit stuff gone plus a lot heavier police presence but also the way the prices are going thru the roof and the way the girls attitudes are changing. It seems all ST now for both normal girls as well as ladyboys and they all want big baht for a declining service, it seems they think they're doing us a service although I must say the ladyboys attitude is no where near as bad as the normal girls. A Heineken is now 125bt in most Nana gogo's now and that is simply taking the piss, I wonder if the fact that these bars charging 125bt were empty most nights is simply people saying enough is enough. When you factor in a few beers at 125bt a ladydrink or 2 at 90bt then a 600bt barfine , maybe a ST room at 300bt and then the girls tip at anything between a 1000bt and skywards Bangkok is now an expensive place to have a good time.
Even some of the girls on this site have an overinflated opinion of their worth as one night I called Anna and she asked 3000bt for a ST to which I politely declined, I paid Natalie 2500bt and that to me was top baht and there was no way in my mind that Anna would be better than Natalie. I think some of these girls want to get back into the real world as 3000bt for a ST is taking the piss and I wonder what the daily rate per day for picking rice is ? Because the way the numbers of sex tourists are declining then some of these girls are going to get a right nasty shock soon. I myself am already changing my plans next year from 5 trips in the year to 3 as it's simply becoming too expensive to justify and when you couple it with the worsening attitudes Thailand is no longer the paradise it was a few years back.
Of course things weren't all that bad or depressing as I had some fabulous sex with some great girls both from this site and girls not on it. My all time favourite was Natalie , whilst everyone knows she is a superstar she hasn't got a superstars attitude and is just a lovely girl , although the girl I found the most sexy was a girl called Pim. She was not the Obsession's Pim but one I saw at the Honey one night plus on patrol outside Nana a few nights, I got her mobile number and called her up and not only has she a beautiful face but an incredible body , she said she is on this site but I couldn't recognise her. Other girls I liked include Jiep the girl from Dundee bar who was nice and cute and had a good attitude, Talisha was a great way to break the ice so to speak and Kiki was nice as well, Rita from Obsessions was ok but got bitchy when she saw me out front of Nana butterflying, Linda was nice but very powerful but in the second week I was mainly going with girls I had met myself and not necessarily from this site. I had one or two dissapointments with the girls but as I said in a previous report it's not fair to name names as it can be a personal thing and not every guy hits it off with every girl. It's true what Jon says when he advises about organising things too much in advance and the best way I feel is to just look for the girls that you like in person rather than ones you look at pictures of. I had my best times apart from Natalie with girls I actually met in person first and got to know personally.
Despite the changing scene in Bangkok I still had a good time and enjoyed it a lot but for my next trip to Thailand at Christmas it will be back to Pattaya and I'll give Bangkok a miss.
