hi members.. this unrelated topic because the thermae is a girl only bar in bkk.. but i wanted to post on the site to get some feed back from other members.. when i go to bkk i hang in the thermae all the time.. it is a great place to meet girls from A to Z in bangkok... i have been to thermae many many times and it seems to me the girls that hang in the thermae, go there for the sole purpose of meeting that special farang that will be man of their dreams or to pick up some side money... girls that work on suhkumvitt from robinson's dept store to the foodland ,and stores in the area go to the thermae .. it is a great place to meet girls that are not pros..

the thermae is a famous bar in bkk because it used to be an after hours bar.. now due to the crack down the thermae closes at 0200am just like all the bars in bangkok.. but for you guys that like ladyboys and girls the therame is a fantastic place to go.. it is the best 'pick up' bar i ever been to.. it reminds of the star wars bar in the movie... the thermae is always on my list of places to go in bkk and in a couple of weeks i will once again be hanging out at thermae.. if any other members of the site want ot go to the thermae let me know.. i will glad to meetat the thermae for a good time.. but guys remember the sign that is right by the door that leads down stairs to the therame.. 'no ladyboys allowed'.. this bar is all about girls.. but the thermae is a great place to meet thai girls from all over the map... rod

The Thermae is a fun place. But let's not give anyone the idea that this is a place to go to meet girls that are not looking to be paid for service. It's a freelancer's heaven. Girls from 16 to 50 hang out there, so check ids. Not as good as the original, but still fun to visit on a trip.....

It is part of my LOS ritual that I spend at least one evening at the Thermae--Underground.  I use the Star Wars analogy to describe the Thermae myself.  This is where new-comers and occasioanal, and full-timers come together to be your girlfriend for the night.  It is every mans fantasy come true:  A 10 to 1 : Gals to Guys ratio in a pub-like setting with great service and a juke box.  The newbies hang out at the juke box looking for trollers and get picked up quickly by the local expats.  But rather than go solely for the sake of a good shagging, I prefer to spend the whole evening with a mate, drinkiing Thai whiskies and sodas with our two new short-time wives reminiscing about the Old Times at the Thermae when we could drink there all night and wait for the go-go girls that just come straight from Nana after 2am.  This is when the best action was.  It is no more.

yeah gazzio.. it not the old days when the thermae would rocking at 0300am.. but if you get to the thermae around midnight it is stil about a ten to one ratio.. best girl pick up bar i have been to period... rod
