Just from a medical point of view i would have thought that holding your piss up is bad news.. either for your bladder , prostrate or some other cog in the waterworks.

Its not natural. just like having a wank and not coming is not good. A report last year proved that men who fail to complete the masturbation cycle have a 25% bigger chance of prostrate cancer.
