ANY OTHER PLACE LIKE NEP?

Hi all, I travel and use an electric wheelchair and always my big dog.  I loved NEP because of the accessibility and entertainment, is there any place else in the WORLD with a NEP?  Soi Cowboy and pattaya are ok, but a lot are not accessible.  STILL WAITING FOR JULY CLUB HOUSE KUI!!!

DGman.......I think maybe you could have fun in Amsterdam, but I have never been there. I think it is very fun there but more expensive; i have no idea how it would be with your wheelchair.

NEP is one-of-a-kind, as you know.......sorry to be such a downer, but your best chances of having fun probably revolve around going there.
