A drunken john called police to handle a prostitution fraud case after he found out the prostitute he had hired was a transsexual, the Chengdu Evening Paper reported.

Upon detecting the Adam's apple on her neck, the man, a chef, called in local police and injured a cop in his ensuing alcohol-propelled frenzy.

"I was cheated. I have to stick up for my rights," the man yelled as a pair of policemen arrived.

The prostitute, surnamed Ai, was candid about her sexual status, saying, "I used to be a man but am now a genuine woman after having had a sex change operation."

She even showed her ID card where she is registered officially as a female. There was no fraud at all, she asserted.

The intoxicated man was soon detained.

Yeah, they have allowed it for awhile. There was some really ugly ol' postie who made big news when she did it and then got married. She certainly looked like a woman, but just an old one (40ish).
