Two friends of mine, both ladyboys, one ex Casanovas (well known to many but quit Cas about a year ago to go school, finished it now cant a get a job) and her 20 year old friend are in the progress of setting up a massage business.
The idea is to do a hotel visit, the 2 of them together, and look after clients with a double massage.
If the customer wants more then whatever the customer wants the customer gets.
Now I need some input guys :
Would you use such a service?
What would you pay for an hour of 2 naked girls massaging you?
If you want the "optional extra" and get 2 for the price of 1, what would you pay ABOVE the massage fee?
Both may be willing to appear on the site.

PS They will actually give a REAL massage too, not just a handjob massage so you do get a real massage, if you dont want a massage once you see them, ( why bother with massage right guys?) and want them in bed in 30 seconds then its fair the original massage fee remains plus the negotiated fee for sex, or guys will be looking for a cheap 3some.

Starting a ladyboy massage parlor is a great idea. There is certainly enough to go around. Like this you can get many of the ladyboys out of those sleezy bars and into a privately run massage parlors. Don't forget also, that there are many guys don't feel comfortable going to bars to meet these ladies. This venue give them an outlet to do their business in a more discreet way. Food for thought.

I just want to help these 2 girls as well, they live in a room about 3 metres x 3 metres, NO bed, they sleep on the floor, no fridge, tv, water heater, nothing just 4 walls and a dozen coat hangers and they pay 1600bt a month for it.
They don't want to be bar girls ( 1 as I said was at Casanovas and chose not to anymore) so you have to respect that of them.
So I agree it would be good to help some out of sleaze joints they have to work at through no fault of their own. Both these girls have education but the pricks here wont give most lboys jobs unless they are in makeup fashion etc. and there is just so many places to fill in makeup! I know many of these makeup girls and they tell me how tough it is to get into a job unless your connected.
And I agree lots of guys would welcome the service, hell they can even wear cute white uniforms with a logo on it to the hotel. Underneath is a garter belt and stockings, think about it .

If they charged Pattaya prices (500 st per ladyboy) they be'd very busy!!

I think they would max their income by charging 1000 per ladyboy and the customer gets an hour of naked massage and an hour of sex.  Yes, they could charge more, but in Pattaya a ladyboy will stay with me 24/7  for 1000 so I wouldn't pay more than that..

For straight massage from two naked ladyboys at my hotel I'd pay 500 each but I think this is more about sex than massage.  But since I can get straight massage for 150 plus a 100 tip, I wouldn't pay more than 500 each.

Their business can be promoted for free on boards like this and a big plus is that they come recommended.

The idea is a good one...

First there should be NO negotiating about prices and there should be clear and up to date pictures of them on the internet (maybe here) if they want to get rich.

Westerners do NOT like to haggle and they don't like the unknown.

A clear detailed description should accompany each girls picture(s) which includes their age, there sexual preferences, what they will do together and solo and of course whether they are cut, well groomed etc.

If the girls come off as a couple of seedy tramps just looking for a hotel for the night then it won't work.

The keys to success here are honesty, friendliness and transparency

Rates:

Straight one girl massage in the hotel - 1,000 Baht - 70 minutes (= 1 hour in Thailand!)
Straight two girls massage in the hotel - 1,500 Baht - 70 minutes ( see above!)

Sex and massage with one girl in the hotel room - 1,500 Baht 100 minutes (= 1.5 hours Thai time!)
Sex and massage with two girls in the hotel room - 2,500 Baht 100 minutes (= 1.5 hours Thai time!)

All day or all night with one girl for sex and massage - (10 hours maximum.) 3,000
All day or all night with two girls for sex and massage - (10 hours maximum) 4,000

All tips and taxis (and taxes!) included. If the girls ask for more than the posted rates and get greedy (whatever they decide those rates are) they will get plenty of negative feedback!

Availlable 24 hours a day and phones are turned OFF during business hours! It needs to be clearly stated by the girls that they will switch off their phones too! No clock watching. No begging for food.

If they operate an eastern service using moderate Western principles of service I can guarantee that they will soon become very nicely rewarded. This site alone can offer them some great exposure!

Finally - If they want a page in the Clubhouse and are willing to pose for a few pics together then let me know. I'll take care of all that and get them started... If they are serious they should get a domain name...

My suggestion will be about 1000-1200bt per girl for an hour of massage plus 3some for 90 minutes included, plus taxi - 100bt flat rate). Any longer you figure it out with them.

BUT they have to agree to these prices first.

I will post the number and standard prices in the next 48 hours, I guess its best to post the price so no one is embarassed or needs to go through all the crap of price negotiation.
I reckon 2000bt for 2 girls for 2.5 hours is pretty good, especially as its "home delivery", no bar fine and whatever we normally get hit for drinks while going through the "selection" process.
BTW both are versatile and play with each other.

This idea is a winner! I would defnitely make use of a service like this, and I think Stogie's ideas about pricing are realistic seeing how they equate to ST prices.

I hope they run with this idea. Apart from providing a day-time service for us, the punters, it would also develop an alternative income for the girls who get tired of working the bars.............and there are quite a few of them!

We had this idea before and I would definitely support it by all means!!! Although I'd really prefer a classic massage run by LB's, where the main focus is on the massage - otherwise what's the USP to the bars, or the callgirl-hotel hookers then - where a bj/hj or whatever is optional, but not upfront bookable.
What I mean is, I would prefer a Classical Thai massage place, like those in this little soi off Surawong Rd just round the corner of Patpong II and opposite of the Starbucks, to the soapy businesses on Ratcha. I think that would be much more different and special than just another cover for a hookers business.

I would take it even one step further and have them REFUSE tips above the posted prices.  I don't like the uncertainity of wondering if they expect a tip.

If their rate was 1200 per LB and the customer knew that it really was going to be 1200 max they would be busy as hell.

Take the Eden Club for example.  On their website (it may not be operational anymore) Marc says 1600 per girl includes everything, no tip nescessary.  And yes, you can get away with no tip, but the girls will be diasapointed so you are really looking at 2100 per girl.  As a result I don't go there anymore.

1200 per LB for a full hour massage followed by a no clock watching session of say 90 minutes fora total of 2.5 hours with ALL tips refused, no taxi money accepted would quickly turn into a VERY lucrative business.  But once word gets out that they will accept tips guys will start thinking twice.
