To answer your question about a visa. She won't get one as she is a Phillipino. No visas are issued for philipinos unless for marriage and i dont see her marrying a female do u.
To get a visas to Australia is now harder then USA. Even minor criminal record will ban u.
And yes I do work for immigartion as I have a import-/export business and i do contract work for immigartion and customs. My business is called Australian Import and Visa Pty Ltd.

I know it to be a fact as I know PI residents who have been to Oz and now work here in Bangkok (in computer related fields.)

Hate to say it but the only LEAGL visas issued by the Australian Govt are MARRIAGE ONLY. Family reuinions have now been stopped and also business visas have been stopped.This aplies to PP and other listed countries. Phillipines have been put on high alert as from May 2006 because of ileagl s coming via Singapore and Hong Kong.This is a fact and any one who tells you other wise is not stating fact. Forget what u may read on out of date web sites , these are the latest bullitins from Canberra on form 61a which are the regualted updates from Imigration.
Australia has now virtually halted all migants except for special skilled workers from mainly Euroepean countries and some refugess of special reasons.
Business visas have now been upgraded to $500,00 aus deposited in fixed bank accounts. Countires not elegible include Philipines, Indonesia most South American countries and most African countries.
These are simply the facts. And let me stipulate again this aplies to LEAGL visas. Ileagl visas are still around and it is not hard with the right amount of cash to get a corrupt official in a Australian government office not manned by Australian officials in Manila or even BK to issue a visa aginst the rules.They are real visas just not really kosher.Once they are stamped they become valid but not necsacary leagl.

U are not GOD and mate im sorry but i do work for Immigration under contract basis and u can ring me at my desk any time.What ever the web site says is not always the correct interpertration of the procedure law. The web sites are designed as not to be called rascist by other people who get denied visas for other grounds not stated.Your ex girl friend will be denied unless she has been before. If she is sponsored she may get a visa.
Visas are not toys they are serious items of trade and are treated as such. We are very particular who we now allow though our boarders because of threats to security. The web sites are worded very largley and are within legal guide lines as not to offer offense.When u ring the embassy as the first contact point u will be welcome with open arms but once the paper work trail starts thats when over 98% of visas are denied.I m sorry u think i am talking rubbish but thats the clear facts and i really think u have over stepped the mark by your statement.As i said u can ring me any day at my desk. I sit 4 mts from the desk where all paper work for SE ASia is submitted for final approval. You more then any one should know that just because it is in print doesnt mean it is correct. It is there for a reason and it is leagl reasons as not to offend mainly releigion based visa applications as not to offend at the first point of call.
Even u would find it difficult these days as u have spent considerable time in Thailand.Just because u may have a UK passport is no more a give me for visas.

Should only be US natural born citizens working at all foreign embassies who can speak the local language. I would love to have a job like that.

The origianl and full post says PM , she has sent myself and one other memeber abusive pm's. The other member wrote to me after reading my post about the pm abuse.She has sent me 26 abusive pms, i am quite happy to send them to u if u wish.They may change your opinion of this so called angel.She has been doing this stuff for years, she has form from other sites and is banned from most of the yahoo groups for the same form.

excatly my point. There are hundreds of ileagls visas issued every day.It doesnt matter how hard they try untill they only employ Australians who are being payed at Australian rates , coruption on alocal level will thrive.

The issue clerks in Metro MANILLA EARN $ 75.00 AUSTRALIAN PER WEEK. A issue of a ilegal visa will proably get him or her any thing from $100 to $2000 depends on the criminal record of the aplicant. Clean slate cost far less.

Once again I come late to the debate. Aubrey and Trish can charge a million dollars if they like, it really doesn't matter very much. But there is a lot of half truth to the discussion. Once a person goes professional they have to swim in the capitalist sea and Aubrey and Trish, although they have massive egos, will learn this. There will always be fools to pay any price for anything--but not many. It seems logical for a professional to understand that with free advertising comes a price. The price is this debate. Aubrey should not expect to get free advertising AND protection from comment. I know that both Aubrey and Trish think they are great and Trish is a very good dancer in addition to being, now at least, a pro. But the truth of the matter is that they do expect their prices to hold up, even in the Philippines. When I first came to the Philippines I did not know the prices but assumed they would be similar to Thailand because the country was much worse than Thailand and the assortment of ladyboys was much worse and smaller. It was the price given by one of the deadly duo that educated me very quickly--I was quoted the supposed Hong Kong or Bali price. My reaction was to look for greener pastures. I have nothing against Aubrey or Trish, but now that they have junked the idea of girlfriend for big time whore, then they should just expect people to weigh in on their prices. We have a certain amount of resposibility to inform the potential market about the products on display. If you make a movie--you must expect reviews. If you advertise yourself as a big time hooker then you should expect a review. It is not correct to whine about negative reviews and expect a "don't say anything if it can't be nice" caveat. Aubrey and Trish are putting themselves out in the market place and it is ok for the customer to say the tomatoes are over-ripe and expensive.
