u still may not get the answers u are looking for as most aplications are denied at the very last hurdle. Unless u have a personal friend who makes the fianl visa point in Govt u will get the usual leagl replys.
It is called government and it works in mysterious ways. Just because it is in print means very little.What one official says can be over turned by another and so on and so on. And in reality does it really matter.

well to weigh in on the debates(s)

you dont have to be married to get a residency visa in australia.

so saying that a ladyboy would need to marry a woman is bulls#1t

fags and lesbians can get interdependant visas that work the same as a marrigage visa. that includes ladyboys as people with penises are considered male by australia law.

similar visas are also available to unmarried hetro couples who have lived together for 1 year but aren't married.

and there really isnt a bar scene in australia (or sydney anyway), not many tranny prostitutes. you can just meet them as regular people at night clubs in the gay area. the Taxi club is the most popular one to go to, so you cant really compare prices you'd pay there with other countries. Its not just the local average wage decides the price.

 I have seen an abundance of Africans immigrating into this country in the past 3 years (probably classified as refugees, so not the same as visas)and also work in an industry where a large volume of Phillipino's have obtained visas under the skilled workers migration act ,I think its called a 4-2-6 visa or some numerical equivalent.(not sure of the exact name).
I am not disagreeing with you or challenging you on this issue, but there does seem to be a high influx of foreign workers coming into the country on these visas, as it has been the topic of  numerous television programmes regarding the pros and cons of this type of visa.
 I would have thought at the moment it was relatively easy for anyone with a skill deemed to be in demand in Australia to access a visa. (I know we have a shortage of hot Lbs here,lol.)
 As for the original post, the girls are advertising on this site for free and are therefor open to any criticism or plaudits they get, cant see what all the fuss is about as I wouldnt be that interested even at Thailand pricing.
 No offence just an opinion.
