I have hesitated before deciding to write this FIRST POST.
I've been thinking a lot about it, these last months, but was not really enthousiastic to post again. Last time I posted, weel, it didn't end to well. And I have still bad memories about how it ended.

So, I'm still here, wondering what to do. But, I post, just to clarify the things out.

I'm still me, the bitchy crazy Frenchie : never gone to Thaliand, never made out with a LB, no I don't think I will have a chance to go to Thailand one day, still have money big issues, still "virgin in the business" (as some of you told me before) and still not liking very much a british sense of humour against "froggies".

After this post, if I'm not banned, well, it will be a miracle.

Well, clearly time to jump in and say hello.
I am a long time resident of Bangkok, (7 years) and ladyboy lover for the last 20.
I am from New York and 49 years of age, work and live in Bankok.
I do occasionally frequent the local ladyboy haunts, however, as you can imagine, I have accumulated a little black book over the years. I much prefer to call a "friend" for an evening encounter. The smorgasborg of Nana is still enticing, though not as much as it used to be. It is my experience that I have a more rewarding experience with someone I have known for some time. Granted this is only possible when one lives here. If only on holiday in Bangkok I would most certainly be on a marathon of sorts. I take particular pleasure in finding "budding" ladyboys, those either still in school or working a straight job. Speaking Thai is very helpful. Approaching ladyboys working the perfume counter at department stores is an excellent source. I have known and befriended several "superstars" over the years, however, more often than not their twilight years pass in but a few. Drugs and the enticements of easy money is often a souce of their downfall Quite sad to see the desperation that ensues. Please always be fair and couteous to these special folks. They are genuinely good hearted and turn sour only after enduring the harsher side of the "life", we rarely consider. Have fun, be good and they will in most cases be good to you. I would say it is our privilidge to meet and bed them. Nowhere else in the world may you find ladyboys as beautiful and generally kind as in LOS.

I think 7 posts in over a year makes me still a lurker. Thought I'd post tonight as it is exactly one year to the day that I walked into the Guess bar for my first (intentional) LB experience. Took Jenny that night (or did she take me?), a decision for which I have absoluely no regrets. Been to Thailand a few times since but have only managed to repeat the experience on one trip so far, where I took Jenny again one night and Mimi on another. Both are great fun to be with and would recommend to anyone. Only regret so far, apart from not meeting any other board memebers, is turning down a threesome with Pang and Nui! Back in Thailand one week today, although with company so may not be able to visit the new Guess as originally planned, although may be able to sneak out for a couple of hours, on either 19th feb or 4th march. Otherwise may have to satisfy myself with a sneaky session at Tootsies in Phuket if it is still open. If anything happens, will write a report, otherwise it will probably back to another year of lurking.

good to see I booted this one back up onto it's feet. Lots of interesting stuff. Reading custers post made me think again of my situation. I would really prefer to call someone I knew some, but as he said that's hard to do if you don't live there. Having spent two months there recently in retrospect I SHOULD have gone to Guess and started some friendships. I read all these posts and find things about certain girls that I like and keep thinking there are probably a few I would be happy with spending time with. Hey, sometimes it would be nice just to spend a day with one and see some sights and find new tasty street foods to try. Moo sounds like a sweet one but I can't be a real bf, no money, can't come often enough, can't send buxxx. Fanta is big and tops? It would be good to meet some of the regs here and you seem to be much like me in your approach. I'd like to just hoist a few with ya, watch the scene and shoot the breeze. When in LOS I tend to just hang out, not be out and about devouring the scenes.
If I met the right few girls, I think I might have a nice time without anyone missing us, or wasting the girls time. They are ppl working to an extent and I don't want to do that. But slow nights? FriedFunk is my heeeero. He's inspired me to try to come OFF season I wonder what his average outlay for a night was? I gotta factor in the "not a young stud" thing in my budget haha.
I REALLY want to thank whoever it was that started this forum and nourished it while it grew. To just DREAM of such things is sad. The info on here about all things is encouraging and I'm SURE members have helped others realize their dream and maybe in some cases MORE than their dream. I love hearing from guys like the two I know of with long time LB loves. Can't thank you all enough. This is the most human NON flaming forum I've read while at the same time being fun and funny.

my name is Diablo (which obviously mean demon in English ) and I am southern European (like saying Latin American ) . I was involved in business activities in south east asia in my previous company and started to travel to Bangkok. The next thing I remember is I was asking my company to transfer me to the region where I spent almost 2 years (in and out)...

Needless to say I do have a gf which I try to get married in Europe... so far we have not been able to do so due to bureaucratic reasons... this papers is missing and that thing is also missing etc... I am very disappointed both with Europe (thought I was proud to be European) and tired of the system. I am looking for an opportunity to come back to the region (Singapore,Thailand, etc) and all this because of my gf ...

You've been posting here for quite a while, and I'm pretty sure that other BMs have met you and your GF in Guess prior to your return to EU. Just 'cos you're no longer in BKK does not make you a lurker.

I've posted on this thread before (post 17) but everytime I get a new computer I have to register a new nick, 'cos I can't remember my log on. At least now my nick is close to my original one (fleeing dutch) that I started with a few years ago.

SB perhaps the forum could start spitting out confirmation mails with log on codes after registration, for stupid people like myself with several pcs and a lousy memory.
