I guess that the Thai Government is finally getting serious about the crackdown on Porno on the internet in its country. Sure, there are ways, at least for now, to get around this but what's the point? It is their country, we are not Thai and will never be Thai. Who makes us the arbritors of what is acceptable? When I am in Thailand I have no need for AsianTS, I am living the LB experiance, I do not feel the urge to post anything, trip report or photos and what not. My ego does not need stroking, I do not need congrats. from others. I believe that over 95% of the guys who are members do not reside in Thailand so this attempt by the Thai Government does not effect them. For those living in Thailand, well I guess you will have just to live your porn in real time and space. I have given my own personal thoughts about this matter, others are free to do the same.

I've got the same trouble, I cannot login to italian forum in Thailand, but you can use a Proxy Server for to connect.

Tried an internet cafe in Bejing about 1 year ago.

Nothing was in English. Google was censored so you could not get any news English Thai or whatever.
Yahoo worked OK but my e-mails came up as #*@>:$@~.
I tried to download English language to their computer from a website  -  it was so f**king slow I had to give up.

By now after wasting 45+ minutes I gave up in disgust  -  so I don't know the answer to your question.

I can say that the Chinese government filters block most things and work about as fast as a dead snail.

I don't wish to discourage anyone from trying though

Upgrade your hotmail account to premium, costs about $20/ year and you get an extra load of storage and it stays valid for a year.
