I tend to get bored seeing the same two people at it for too long a period of time , generally around 15 minutes of well edited good action video is just about what i need and want to see . How about you guys and gals ?

That all depends on the compression and bit rate, I'd rather have 9 minutes of high quality video then 21 minutes of over compressed, pixilated to shit video.

Well bit rate and compression all being equal ,, its more a question about editing i guess ,, if someone has say between 25 and 30 mins of raw video how much of that do you want to see ,, obviously given that he chooses the best footage to fit the time frame ,, so if its 10 minutes its the best 10 minutes ,, if its 15 minutes its thoose best 10 minutes plus an extra 5 minutes that dont quite make the best 10 minutes ,, so on and so forth .

If you have the footage, why not upload all of it? I've always been a fan of those porno bloopers movies that have people talking and shit in the background. You could always make the 'main' movie, featuring the edited best 10 minutes or so, but it wouldn't hurt to post up the other stuff that ended up on the cutting room floor. It's a value add for the site too, to have more video footage available to the people who want to see it.

The current Codec ATS is using even for the newest films is not the best. You'd be much better off using DivX.

The codec your now using gives you,

320X240 696Kbps @ 5 Megs a Minute.

DivX could give you FULL Screen video of 640X480 @ only 7.5 Megs a minute.  Even with twice the screen size the video quality would be twice that of what you now have. EDITED

I been over the benefits of DivX and Mpeg4 with the boss many times but he insists that he would get too many people complaining that they couldnt use it .

So we will be making the clips WMV 640 X 428 , 921 K b/s , at about 6.66 MB per minute .

Personally I prefer shorter videos. I was a member of a competor's site that runs much longer videos - sometimes 20 or 30 minutes. I found that unless there was something special happening on screen, I grew bored. Watching a girl beat off or having her partner do whatever tends to wear thin after time (unless, of course, I was the one actually doing the wacking).

Twelve to fifteen minutes is perfect to me.

I wont be pleasing everybody ,, from the looks of the spread there is no overwhelming choice and its not really favoring the lower or the higher end so it will be somewhere in the middle ground that i pick . And probably divide the clips into 3 minute segements so you can pick and choose what to grab and what to leave .

Personally I prefer somewhere around 12 minutes, but a lot depends on the 'story'. Some of the videos (hard core and solo girls) are boring and repetitive (sorry, but they are) so five minutes would be long enough. On the other hand, videos where the girls/guy enjoy themselves and really interact could be much longer and still be enjoyable.

I know it's difficult in Thailand, but maybe make a small interview to introduce the girl/girls/guy ... say about 2min.

Showing them take off the clothes .... 2 min

Action max. 5 min.

It always depends on the models and how much you have to say. Showing the same 3 positions over and over again is of course not that entertaining. Is the model not able to show anything particular - again a bore!
In an ideal world, I'd love to have a short interview, cool setting, a bit fetish/ SM, interaction with others and real hard core action with glossy close ups and a cum load finnish of everybody who's participating.
Of course it depends on the models, some can't speak a word English - so no interview, most of them are terrible actors, some can't get hard, etc.....
But if everything's right you could easily show cool stuff for 20min.
