Its cheaper in Pattaya, but about the same in Phuket.
Low season is after easter to mid july, sept - december. Lots of rain in the summer.

Never forget in the LOS "Money Number One". If you are a person that reads books, there is actually a book called "Money Number One" a very interesting read.
