I have been offered freebies many times but have never taken up the offer. Most (about 90%) of lbs I have been with in LOS are bar girls. All I can say is if you can afford to pay for an airfare, hotel, food etc then why not a couple thousand baht to spend time with some of the hottest ladyboy's on the planet? You must remember most guys on this forum who make it to Thailand probably earn more in a week than most of these girls do in a month or more.

Don't think Thailand is like the US. The thing you have to understand is that for the bar girls this is their income so why should they give it away? How often do you work for a day and expect no pay?

If you want freebies then maybe try to locate some non-working girls.

it depends on many factors. many, many of the hookers in los are looking for a longtime boyfriend, so guys usually end up pay at the end of the day anyway.

language problem - african factor. in many of the african countries the pros are pleased with a meal and do not expect any hard valuta as exchange for sex, although a tip is always welcome. as in thailand. the thing is, if you date or go steady with a socalled good girl, they would be furious if you payed them after sex, but they expect to be treated by with goods. this also happens in the bar scene. many thai pros are very different from the western ones but of course they do it out of financial reason, their methods are somewhat different.

Having observed the American servicemen in the LOS / Pattaya, & I no longer stay in any of the hotels used by them for R & R, there popularity revolves round the fact they chuck money alover the place. They tend to be younger guys on a limited time period with alot of money in there pocket to burn up. "Money Number One" don't loose sight of that in the LOS!

Unfortunately alot of these servicemen seem to show little respect for the locals, & many haven't the faintest idea what they are doing when they meet with LB's & can get quite aggressive when they realise there hot dates actually a bloke!

Package tour people go on organized trips don't tip very well, if at all, there input is to the big players not the poorer masses. The sex tourist on the other hand ( at least the more experienced ) tends to organize his own itinery, tips better & generally does not stay in the huge corperate hotel chains, he doesn't go on too many "sheperded" tours as he prefers the company of his chosen companion GG / LB to that of the mindless sheep going to the Elephant show or some other tourist attraction.
He will, hopefully, be tipping his companion for their time, some of that money will make its way to the familys not the huge corperations who are wealthy enough. But of course the "do gooders" would much prefer them to be earning a pitence & living a life of poverty outside the sex trade. These are hard choices for the masses to make, but don't under estimate who is actually putting more into the pockets of the poorer masses, something conveniently over looked by those constantly wishing to make mileage out of slating the sex industry.
