As for what they look like when they get older. I've seen both. Dogs and beauties. I think it is all related to how they look now, and take care of themselves for the rest of their lives. Just like us. Don't you know of any guys who look great at 50, and others who like shit?

Absolutely true.
In a way I'm looking better now, that I'm getting closer to my 50th, then when I was in my 20th!
I excercise since don't smoke, drink moderately, and eat properly.
And that can of course apply to LBs with the bonus that they can use creams and beauty stuffs which we guys normally don't

Coco of C&D is a great example. She doesn't work there anymore, but her body is like a 20 year old, no signs whatsoever of "looking like a guy". She is 35.

Ning-nong is as thin as the she was at 20, and while perhaps not as beautiful, she has not changed to "look like a guy".

So, if you really are so stupid to wonder what someone looks like 20-30 years later, focus on someone who doesn't drink, smoke, and takes care of themselves. But even then, don't you think medicine and aging will be different in 20 years? Beside, you'll likely be dead, so what do you care!

by the time these 19 year old beauties start to age, most of us won't have sufficient eyesight left to notice and if we did manage to survive sufficiently to tire of their looks, i doubt a single one of them would mind a bit sending in a protegee from the next generation to handle whatever little bit of occasional desire we could still muster!

of course, for me, that'd be exactly the type of arrangement i'd currently define as 'real love' anyway!!

When people talk about falling in love I don't think that the longevity of the relationship is a serious consideration. I fell in love with a sweet girl when I was 17 and didn't stop to think what she would look like in "10 or 15 years time."

People fall in love and stay in love till they fall out of love and move on to the next love.

I'll continue to fall in love with pretty young girls and ladyboys and each and every couple of years I'll do it again.

Falling in love has nothing to do with the rest of my life! It's a state of mind that can change at any time. Best to enjoy it while you can.

The discussion of how Thai LBs will look as they grow older was on my mind last night as I went with Snick and his lovely companion N-- to the Miss AD/DC show in Bangkok

Held at BEC Tero Hall in the Suan-Lum night market (adjacent to Lumpini Park), Miss AC/DC is a well-sponsored charity show (that is, none of the performers are paid, and all proceeds go to worthy causes) that is one of the high points of the year on the gay / transgendered social calendar in Bangkok

While the show is based on a beauty pageant format, it is in truth a raucous comedy and variety show - one that that had last night's crowd of gay and straight men and women - and, of course,  LBs young and old - roaring with laughter

If you had been there observing the crowd with us, you would have seen that it is virtually impossible to generalize - or even speculate - on what a LB will look like as they get older

Like the rest of us, it is all a matter of personal orientation , discipline, and care

I think the photos portray well the notion of individuality in the images of the performers, and give a good clue as to how a Thai LB can look in her older years (that is to say, drop dead gorgeous to hefty drag queen, and every sort in between)

Finally - after dating my current companion here in Bangkok for four months now, my take on the question of "is it possible to find real love?" with a LB:

- the experience of a relationship with a LB will no different from any other you may have enjoyed before (except you will likely have MORE fun than you ever have before

- issues arising from differences in culture and language are likely to be the first to present, and they typically supersede those of age and gender

- like any relationship, it takes patience and a good effort on both sides to make it fun, enjoyable, and durable through the difficult times; and

- one should not waste time or emotional capital worrying about "what if...?"

To steal a phrase from the Nike ad, "Just do it"

Look carefully for the right partner

Be sensitive to differences in culture and mindset, and take them one day at a time

If you do find the right one - and are willing to work hard at it - you WILL enjoy the best friendship and loving partnership you have ever had

Thanks to a good diet, personal discipline and hard work, and no alcohol, tobacco, or other recreational drugs, she is still looking hot as she approaches 30 years of age (and hopefully will remain so for many more years to come
