Awesome. Actually, one postie told me that only happens when she's taking too high a dosage of hormones. It could be that your frien needs to lay off a little. I've also read (and the same postie told me) that the hormones increase her chance of breast cancer. Another thing to avoid. Still, lactating posties - yowza!
