For that matter, how many GGs visit an OB/GYN? I think they're supposed to visit every year, at least while they're contemplating kids in the future. But I suspect few GGs visit every year.

Ah, and that's another question. I wonder how much training I'd need to be to be an OB/GYN for posties in Thailand. Do you think I need a full medical training? Maybe there's a niche for amateurs?
