Being that I live right in the heart of Krispy Kreme donuts land, it was hard for me to pick Karaoke. (and for those of you sad sunsabiches that have never had Krispy Kreme, I know you don't know what the big deal is. It's better that you don't know what you're missing)
How about a Krispy Kreme karaoke bar?
I can think of a great way for the waitresses to SERVE THE DONUTS!

A little bit of a 'classy' lounge wouldn't hurt.

Well, JD said it already.....but seriously I'd love to have a jazzy lounge club (great idea PD!) with lb hostesses only, who just come to your table if you wink them over. Nice cocktails, some first class snacks, etc. Cool 70ies retro design, girls in great dresses (Pussy Galore meets Beyonce) and maybe some performances on the weekend.
Something to chill out with friends and grab your girl whenever you're read. Something hip&classy&saucy would be really a hit in BKK!

do any of you guys remember the Beverly Hills Club? some of our very early models worked there, the crowd of May's friends that did not want to work in Go-Go bars like Crackhouse {RIP} and Casanova {still standing after all these years}. It was small and cozy, had couches only, about 7 or 8 of them, and the ladyboys all wore evening dresses and nice clothes, no tacky tiger-print bikinis and stupid numbers. They would get drinks for you and sit and chat and there was even short time rooms upstairs. Jeje worked there and Kitty also; Andy and Fern worked there too and later moved to the Baccarat on soi cowboy, a straight bar where they worked as hostesses and no one knew they were boys with those flacid little 2-inchers they would keep inside their panties.
Kitty moved to the Club 26, yet another small lounge place like the BHC that did not last; it was on soi 26 Suk and lasted even less, maybe 3 months in summer 2001; I went in there once and was of course the only customer. Both these places were great, exactly what you guys are describing with low music and good atmosphere. Neither lasted due to lack of interest; seems like the punters prefer over-priced crap holes with blaring disco music for 8 hours straight and sharks in bikinis?Comment
