Who is the girl with the framed award? Does anyone know?

not sure of her name, she is definately not on the website

that was a prelimenary contest before the Miss Tiffany show last year, that girl was the winner of the Ripley's contest in these photos but not the final show, that girls name was Boi.

The 3 girls on the left side...... the short one is an adorable post-op; the other 2 ARE on this site, Poom and Nung.
