Well Guys - and Girls,

Yes it is possible to get a UK visa!  

Herself went to see those nice people in Wireless road and they told her to come back next Monday and pick it up!

She has no real assets only about 50,000 Baht in the bank and nothing else to encourage her back to Thalland

The only things in our favour is that we have known each other for 2 years and I have a job (at the moment) that is capable of supporting her stay.

She only got asked 'how long have you known this person' - 'where did you meet' and ' how long will you stay in the UK'

Now the silly girl want's me to go and get her    ' I will get lost in the airport'

Yes - the faceless types at the embassy aren't as bad as people seem to make out!

If you have ever been to the lobby at the embassy on Wireless you'd know how sad some of these people are. Couples that are so mismatched it's bleedin' obvious from one single word from either of them that they won't be getting avisa anytime soon!

Obviously if you have an ongoing relationship and you can come across as a rational normal person you won't have any problems. (That's why so many Thai polititions don't qualify! And it makes 'em mad, too!)

I have met Road Runner and his ladyfriend many times and she's just a doll. She has a car (no small thing for a young person here) and she's a smart intelligent (and fucking smoking hot!) person. I would never doubt that she would qualify for a visa to anywhere she wanted to go.

My government, both parties, are depriving me of my pursuit of happiness my prohibiting our Thai friends from visiting us.


The American corporate culture which gives most people around 3 weeks vacation a year makes it difficult for people with office jobs to spend much time in the LOS.
