not sure if this was covered [LOL] or not in the cut/uncut thread, but the PI definately has more 'cut' dicks than Thailand; remember it has a very large Catholic population. Thai's seem to be split about 50/50 from whet I can tell.Comment

I guess buddhism doesn't mention anything about cutting the foreskin. The majority of males in Thailand are uncut..this is fact. What's the reason behind that I'm not sure but has to do with traditions and habits.
I've asked a bit and nobody was really able to give any socio-historic reason. However, in most European countries it's not that different.
