same as with Chiang Mai, it has been a while since we worked in Koh Samui and that will change once high season arrives. Time to go back there and see if Christies is still happening and try and re-shoot some of our previous models like Unsen and Ann and Linda.

Cool place, kind of laid back and hippy-like; I actually prefer Phuket myself but it's a decent place and there must be a whole new batch of models there to work with, we haven't been down there since December, 2003. I like the Soi Green Mango also, great place to hang out.

I found a sweetie in Lamai that I spent the rest of my time in Samui with. True, there's more ladyboys in Chaweng but I don't like the vibe there.

Lamai really has the laid back hippy feel. And the outdoor Saturday night muay thai at one of the big beer bar compexes is outsatnding. Plenty of bargirls abd some cute ladyboys too.

I remember staying on Lamai on my first trip to Thailand; man, was I poor and I didn't know a thing about ladyboys, January '98. stayed at some 8 dollar a night beachfront place on Lamai with some local babe I met. I thought I was in heaven.

I may stay on Lamai this time, don't know yet. I also want to go to Koh Tao and Phangan, when it is NOT full-moon.

well, I did a day trip there that time I met you on Samui; seemed like a cool place. I think either that or Phangan could take the place of Phi Phi if I am very lucky, I really miss that place

Rack rate was 1250 baht. Worth *at least* 2500 baht based on my checking out at least 10 other Samui hotels. I paid 950 as a walk in without bags in January though.
