I was trolling through the old forum just to see what it was like and came across a memorable reply:

Not really clear what it referred to as the link mentioned is dead. There may have been a forum at an even lower archeologic level than this one and so I could be wrong but I think this is the first post by the man who holds the absolute record for posting here. At a now current 4223 posts, Stogie is way ahead of JaiDee, PigDogg, and those who follow. My hat's off to you Stogie! What an achievement!

Wow thats a lot of posting, something i'll probably never achieve in my stay here, i see other message boards around where these people have over 10000 posts but the posts are all bullshit.

It's good to see here that all the high post count guys like stogie,jaidee, pigdogg all contribute well to the forum an not just posting for popularity (this would apply more to members of the forum an not the site owner an moderators)

It's good to see real discussion here an no postwhoring.Long live the ats forums!

Well, we do all like to be loved of course, but bloody hell... I hadn't really been counting; That IS a lot of posts!

The shape of the forum and the people that are attracted to it are guided by its' most prolific and loudest posters. I'm sure some people have left the forum because they don't like me or some of the characters who post here.

We've had a good run with this message board. We always seem to be tweaking it too. sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

All in all it's my favourite place on the WWW!
