Yes, they are "security" cameras; if you click on the center camera you can see the room form which they are "monitored" never have seen anyone there, only mug shots on the wall.

Apparently system was installed from the boys in brown.

i was watching at around 1am Thai time and saw a guard looking guy sitting in the chair...
here I found one:

Just like at the Bangkok Airport... they make you X-ray your own bags.... there is a place behind the X-ray machine with 2 monitors but no one seems to be there...
