I think when bottoming, besides using the condom, it should also be communicated to the ladyboy that they should not cum inside you.

I only do oral BB wherever I am, but always check that I do not have any cuts or ulcers in my mouth before entertaining doing a BJ, no matter how enticing the cock in front of me is!

I would never consider BB when having casual sex, as the wise ones have already said, it is just not worth it, no matter how carried away you might feel at the time.

I have almost never have oral sex with a condom but almost never had anal sex without one. I have been only been the giver before without one and I have to say athough the feeling is definitely better for the moment it is infinitely times worse over the next 3 months waiting to see if all is OK.

As many other have articulated already the old saying goes If it is not on, it is not ON

Some who say they have never done it without a condom I think are probably not being totally honest. Hey you can lie to us, but not to the doctor who reads out your result

The risk of AIDs (also an indicator of the risk of catching other STDs) was discussed in a thread about a year ago. The occurrence of AIDs in LBs is pretty high €“ over one in 6 €“ and one of the members of this forum actually listed several LBs that are still working in bars in BKK and Pattaya who have full blown AIDs (not just HIV+).

To offset that, the chance of picking up AIDs from a single encounter is pretty low; with a condom around 1:2000, and bareback around 1:100 if the other party has AIDs. Oral sex is not that risky because of saliva and stomach acids which kill HIV (but not other STDs).

The most recent 2003 study of BKK is this one by Dr. Taweesap Siripasiri, adjunct director of the ministry's collaboration with the US CDC. It found that 17.3 percent of gay and bisexual men in Bangkok were HIV-positive. Researchers tested and interviewed 1,121 men at 16 of the 255 gay venues in Bangkok. They found that 44 percent of them had unsafe sex during the previous six months; 36 percent said they had also had sex with at least one woman, 22 percent during the previous six months. The average age of the men was 26.9, with those ages 18-22 nearly twice as likely to have HIV.

Most of the LBs we go for are in that 18-22 yr ranges, so figure 1:3 odds.

The problem in 2005 is that AIDs cases are spiking, especially amongst gays, because of the governments crackdown on sex spas. If police find condoms at a spa, they will use this as evidence that illegal activities are occurring and shut it down. So the spas and patrons are doing away with condom usage, and transmitting more HIV (easy if 1:6 are HIV+, and if like our superstars, they are having sex with several partners a day). Add to that the fact that most Thais are not circumcised, which triples the risk because of herpes and other gunk, and 2005 becomes a pretty risky year to go bareback.

How the hell are your odds 2000-1 to contract AIDS by using a condom. I guess that takes into consideration those who dont use them properly or broken condoms. Otherwise, thats an inaccurate statement.

Im glad to see this subject discussed as its important to us as mongers. I highly doubt that 1 in 3 ladyboys is HIV positive but quite a bit of their customers are essentially gay men whom like a diversion and they are in the high risk bracket.

With regards to BBBJ, the risk is worth it to me. WIthout the pleasure of that, then sex is too clinical with condoms and just not worth it.

They wear T shirts at Formula One races which say

" remember when motor racing was dangerous and sex was safe"

Seems you summed it all up Taz with that fine post. Having said that bareback does have a couple of advantages............

              1) You can save a fortune and cancel the pension plan. You wont be needing one.
              2) No retirement home worries
              3) Provides another specimen for the whitecoats to slice up and help find a cure.

And so thats the problem with life , everything that seems to be enjoyable usually has a horrible connotation to it... waiting to sink its teeth into your neck .............

If it didn't clear up in 2 months with regular antibiotics probably wasn't your garden variety ass bacteria. Probably chlamydia or resistant rectal gonorrhea.

                  Yuck.

Sounded like a shitty experience anyway.

If you were really smart though you'd just buy a subscription to asiants.com and enjoy the most private and the most safe sex of all!

For a really telling time, go to your doctor and ask to get tested for anti-Chlamydia trachomatis antibodies (blood test), specifically the IgG, which tells you if you've ever been exposed. Chlamydia is very common, many men are asymptomatic anyway, and if you think you've never had an STD in the past, you might be in for a rude awakening.

I don't know..but I don't trust those statistics that much. It has been proven that in the past statistics in Thailand were blown up by several folds in order to get huge financing from WHO.
In fact, most of the money received for researches are since long comfortably parked in some Swiss bank account.
If any of those previous reports were half true by now Thailand would barely have half of the population and so many other countries in the world who are HIV/AIDS focus.

IMHO you sure need to be careful but do not unnecessarily freak out.
Do only what you think it's good for you, and not what others think should be good for you!

I'm not into anal that much but will bbbj all the time i hate it with a condom and basically wont bother. anal is the danger area, and if you dont wrap it your risking it. having said that i have done it once with jeje. just happened . but i enjoyed it.I guess the big risk is if there is blood preasent in the sex. the anal canal is thin and break easy , thats why mainly gays and drug addicts get aids.blood to blood. bare back anal is a risk. but ill do any girl without a condom (not in the asss)cheers donnnnnnny

Sounds like you got 'Cock Burn' from 'Spicy Shit'. Got a watch out for that when they eat nothing but Thai food

Good topic, this is definetley an issue we all need to be aware of when we head off on our sex adventures in the LOS. I don't have to much to add on my opinion on safe sex cuz i totally agree with it but thought i have have done a bit of barebacking myself, an alot of the time with the superstar status girls of the scene, i had a bareback oral with one girl one night, very late very drunk an risking myself even more i swallowed then followed that up with giving her bareback anal an on another occasion with another lovely ladyboy who has featured on this site i was on the receiving end of the anal but she used a condom but i'll admit it wasn't in the best shape before she put it on, was quite old an was a bit sus looking as soon it was taken outta the pack but needless to say after half an hour of good times she said she had to cum an she had a condom on so i asked her to fuck harder an boom an she unloaded in me an at that moment i knew the condom had snapped but i'll admit the cum felt good in me was a unique experience im in no hurry to happen again. Happened to be fairly drunk on that occasion as well so it didn't really bother me too much till the next day in which i was returning home neways an got myself tested, thankfully i was all clean of aids an any stds but never again, it was my first time i was young an nieve, hell i am still am (planning my second trip for late this year early next year) but i won't be stupid this time, waiting for aids results is a terrible thing an much more effort then putting on 1000 condoms.

Frankly the only positive thing I can say about the experience (no pun intended) is that it really brought home to me how real HIV/AIDS is.  Before my one and only bareback ride, I'd often thought "only idiots get AIDS" - yes, not the most sensitive or intelligent thought but I am confident that about 90% of sexually active guys think exactly the same thing.  Now I was faced with the real prospect that I was one of those idiots.  I had four HIV tests in the eight months following my unprotected sexual encounter and dreaded the results of each one...all negative, thank God, and I will never EVER have unprotected anal sex with a hooker, LB or GG, again.

Don't mean to preach here but anyone who has unprotected sex with an LB that they pick up in one of the go-gos is not only insanely stupid but also selfish.  They've exposed not just themselves, but also all their future partners.
