well, I went and did it against my own advice...... I went on an Indo ladyboy message board and started contacting girls in Jakarta that I know, letting them know I will be coming down there [still at least 5 months away] and taking a working holiday, and already my mailbox is filled daily with letters from these 5 or 6 girls who are already trying to claim all my time while I am there. sucks for me.....I am too much of a softie [sucker?] to say "no" and will have to see all these girls now, but how will I meet new ones and butterfly like I am used to?

Pre-planning trips.... the death of many a travellers good times in Asia..... I should have waited until 2 weeks before I got there to start sending these letters but I was excited about returning to Indo for the first time in 2 years. How do I get out of it now?

your right jai dee all that pre arranged crap never works ,all you get is tied up  with some tart you dort really want around all the time(they all want you all the time as an easy mark ). always better to just trurn up and see how it  goes. collect a few numbers so you can call em when your there and have some after noon delights without all the hassel of the bars

yup, that is what I always advise and I usually do that myself, but I haven't been to Jakarta in 2 years and wanted to touch base with some past friends. Now they expect a bit too much; I am sure the pickings are slim there and they are happy a western guy is coming down to play around but I want to play the field and not be tied down. Time will tell, but I am sure I can just put my foot down if need be.

Sounds like me! I hate it, but sometimes - especially when it's night-time and you're sitting in those no-LB countries where it's always cold and rainy - it's too tempting and then you end up with a full agenda like on a business trip and actually with a complete mess of dates without follow-ups (how can you say no to someone who is just plain cute, or sexy and has no clue that you are actually just a messed and fucked up sex-maniac...LOL), very little or even no time and energy to acquire new material and actually, as it should be pleasure, for your own relaxation....
